Positioning
Same idea as Foundry.
Not the same product.
Foundry is an enterprise operating system: pipelines, ontology, applications, AIP (Palantir's AI platform), deployment. GEWU is an ontology kernel plus a domestic FDE method. We align on objects, actions, write-back and audit. We do not claim feature parity.
| Palantir Foundry | GEWU path | |
|---|---|---|
| Position | Full operating system | Ontology kernel + transferable FDE |
| Ontology | Data, logic, action, security as one system | Same four. Thin if it is only a schema. |
| Deploy | Vendor platform / approved footprints | Customer cloud, private cloud, on-prem |
| Models | AIP (Palantir's AI platform) connectivity | Customer-chosen models, Skill orchestration |
| Tools | Ontology MCP and platform MCP | Standard MCP bound to object IDs |
| Apps | Workshop and a deep application factory | One closed loop, then embed in systems you already run |
| Talent | Scarce, expensive FDE bench | Academy designed to be copied in China |
| Asset | Compounds inside the platform | Objects, skills, action lists are exportable |
| Best fit | Global scale, premium lock-in accepted | First write-back loop for a China operator |
We are not “the Chinese Palantir.” For a group already running thousands of objects on Foundry, we are not a swap. For one plant, one ward, one product line — we are the cut that can actually start.
