FDE Academy
Train engineers who leave an asset — not a dependency.
An FDE without an ontology is an expensive translator: it works while they are in the room. The academy forces a frozen object set first, then skills and tools, and only then the model.
WEEK 01
Discovery. Pull 8–20 core objects from SOPs, schemas, and the words operators actually use.
WEEK 02
Action contracts and authority. Legal write-backs, preconditions, failure paths.
WEEK 03
Skills and MCP. Tool arguments bind to ontology IDs. Models do not invent endpoints.
WEEK 04
Closed loop and replication kit. Acceptance tests, audit, a pack for the second site.
